3. Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar laws)
- Performance of a contract: running the game, saving your progress, delivering purchases.
- Consent: personalised advertising, analytics and tracking on iOS. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 6).
- Legitimate interests: keeping the game secure, preventing fraud and offensive player names, fixing crashes.
- Legal obligation: tax and accounting records for purchases.
4. Partners who process data for us
We use trusted service providers. Each only gets what it needs for its job:
- Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services: player accounts, cloud save, cloud code, analytics, in-app purchases): Unity privacy policy
- AppLovin (MAX ad mediation) and the ad networks it works with: AppLovin privacy policy. The current list of ad partners is shown in the game's privacy settings.
- Google (Google Play, Google Play Games): Google privacy policy
- Apple (App Store, Game Center): Apple privacy policy
We do not sell your personal data for money. Sharing advertising data with ad partners may count as "sharing" or "selling" under some US state laws; you can opt out as described below.
5. International transfers
Our partners may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards.
6. Your choices
- Ads and analytics consent: when you first open the game in regions that require it (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), you are asked for consent, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy in the game. Elsewhere, use your phone's advertising settings below.
- iOS tracking: you can allow or deny tracking when asked, and change it later in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in Settings → Privacy → Ads (wording depends on the device).
- Notifications: you can turn reminders off in your phone's settings.
- Remove Ads: the Remove Ads purchase stops ads between levels. Ads you choose to watch for a reward stay optional.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your game data for as long as your player account exists, so you can come back to your progress. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example purchase records for tax purposes). Our partners keep the data they process for the periods described in their own policies. Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your device.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. To delete your data or your account, follow the steps on our Support page or email [email protected] with your player name. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Residents of Türkiye can read our KVKK privacy notice.
9. Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. If the changes are important, we will tell you in the game or on this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
